She began her long career with Deloitte and PwC, where she supported clients in building HR strategies, change management and communication in company restructuring projects, cultural transformation and implementing development and talent management programmes.

Board Member, Head of Property & Asset Management
    
Michal joined Savills from JLL, where as the Head of Business Solutions he built an almost 160-strong team delivering integrated services across four business lines. His previous experience includes business advisory at PwC and investment banking at UniCredit. Michał also brings a wealth of international experience, gained during his five years in Vienna, and strong financial expertise – he is a CFA charterholder. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and has completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw University of Technology and is a member of RICS. 

Head of Industrial

Michał Chodecki has over 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, specializing in technical consulting, business development, and comprehensive management of industrial, logistics, and office projects. At Savills, he is the Head of Industrial responsible for developing and expanding the industrial and warehouse leasing department. His role focuses on strengthening the company's service offering and providing comprehensive solutions for clients in the logistics and manufacturing sectors. As part of an integrated approach to the warehouse market, he collaborates with the investment, property management, and building and project advisory team. He began his career in the industry in 2008 at Bilfinger Tebodin, gaining experience in technical consulting and business development within the office and industrial sectors. Later, he joined Karmar S.A. (Bouygues), focusing on the execution of industrial projects. Since 2017, he worked at Panattoni as a Development Director and was responsible for business development and the multi-stage structuring of Build-To-Suit (BTS) projects for global leaders in manufacturing, R&D, and logistics sectors. His portfolio also includes the development of large-scale multi-tenant logistics parks. With extensive experience in technical consulting, general contracting, and leading industrial development, Michał has been involved in all stages of the investment process – from market trend analysis and client acquisition to assessing needs and project execution. He graduated from Lazarski University and completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics. Privately, he is passionate about geopolitics, cultural studies, and sports.

Jakub heads up the Building & Project Consultancy team at Savills delivering comprehensive construction advisory services to both tenants and landlords of office, retail and warehouse buildings. 

Head of Operational Capital Markets

Jacek Kałużny joined Savills in 2021 and has since advised on transaction in the PRS and student housing sectors, as well as land transactions with such development potential. He has also advised on a disposal of a portfolio of development sites and assets of senior housing designation. Prior to this Jacek spent 6 years working in PFR and BGK capital groups, where he actively participated in the development of 2 real estate funds focused on the Polish residential market. At first, he worked for the investor, BGK, and was responsible for co-authoring of a new investment strategy and a new business model for Rental Housing Fund, appraisal of potential investment projects and oversight of residential portfolio. Later he joined the portfolio management company, BGK Nieruchomości (currently PFR Nieruchomości), where he was responsible i.a. for project finance. Before joining BGK Jacek worked in M&A and capital restructuring advisory and at a brokerage house. Jacek graduated from Warsaw School of Economics with MA in Finance and Banking and a major in Investment Banking. He also holds a post-graduate diploma in Real Estate Valuation. Jacek is a member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and also holds Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Head of Marketing & Communication

Marta has over 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate market in the field of marketing and communication. Prior to joining Savills, she was responsible for marketing and communication activities in the Polish and German markets at Hillwood as Marketing & Communications Manager, and previously, at Goodman (now GLP), she served as a Marketing Officer responsible for marketing and communication activities in Poland. Her experience includes effective marketing campaigns and building a positive brand image, with a focus on multi-channel marketing and customer acquisition. She is enthusiastic about new technologies and actively engages in integrating innovative solutions with marketing practices. Marta holds a degree in Management and Marketing, as well as postgraduate studies in Brokerage and Real Estate Management.

Head of ESG & Sustainability

Ilona has many years of experience in the real estate industry, including commercial and residential property valuations, as well as the development of ESG-related services. She is currently responsible for implementing ESG strategies, supporting clients in achieving environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals. She coordinates ESG projects across various business lines, developing advisory services and assisting clients in implementing sustainable solutions. Ilona is also actively involved in expert groups, such as the EU Taxonomy Technical Criteria Interpretation Team for Construction and Real Estate at the Ministry of Development and Technology, the ESG Advisory Board at the Digital Real Estate Foundation, the ESG Product Council at the Urban Land Institute Poland, the ESG Groups of the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate (PINK), and RISC Poland. Ilona is also a guest lecturer at the oldest postgraduate ESG program on the market at the Kozminski University, teaching courses on innovative business models and ESG in the real estate sector. She is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, Warsaw University of Technology, and Kozminski University, where she gained knowledge in spatial economy, property valuation, and sustainable development strategies. In her free time, she is passionate about art and mountain tourism.

Aleksandra Mazzini heads Savills’ Investment Advisory team in Poland, overseeing the execution of transactions across all commercial real estate sectors, including office, retail, logistics, and mixed-use developments.

Head of Strategic Consulting

Krzysztof has over 15 years of real estate experience. He specialises in strategic consulting projects, that include: optimization, restructuring and revitalisation projects. He supports clients in highest and best use studies used as catalysts for transactions and service charge reconciliations.  

Head of Valuation

Karina has nearly 20 years of valuation experience in Poland and CEE across all sectors and property types, including commercial properties, residential, hotels and development lands. Karina’s experience encompasses assets held for investment, development or owner occupation, for a wide range of purposes, including financing, accounting, financial statements, sale and acquisition. She is responsible for coordination of valuations of large portfolios in all sectors.
