She is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, Warsaw University of Technology, and Kozminski University, where she gained knowledge in spatial economy, property valuation, and sustainable development strategies. In her free time, she is passionate about art and mountain tourism.
Ilona Otoka

Ilona has many years of experience in the real estate industry, including commercial and residential property valuations, as well as the development of ESG-related services. She is currently responsible for implementing ESG strategies, supporting clients in achieving environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals. She coordinates ESG projects across various business lines, developing advisory services and assisting clients in implementing sustainable solutions. Ilona is also actively involved in expert groups, such as the EU Taxonomy Technical Criteria Interpretation Team for Construction and Real Estate at the Ministry of Development and Technology, the ESG Advisory Board at the Digital Real Estate Foundation, the ESG Product Council at the Urban Land Institute Poland, the ESG Groups of the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate (PINK), and RISC Poland. Ilona is also a guest lecturer at the oldest postgraduate ESG program on the market at the Kozminski University, teaching courses on innovative business models and ESG in the real estate sector.
