Jarosław has over 28 years of experience in the commercial real estate market. At Savills he heads up the Tenant Representation Department, leading a team of more than a dozen professionals and being responsible for the firm's occupier advisory business across Warsaw and regional markets in Poland. He supports clients throughout the entire lease process.​ ​His current focus is on advising corporate occupiers on strategic real estate matters as part of the EMEA Transaction Advisory team. He specializes in workplace transformation, portfolio optimization, flexible office solutions and complex multi-market transactions. Building on his previous experience within the flex office sector, he has contributed to the development of innovative occupier solutions, including hybrid leasing structures and white-label flexible workspace concepts.​ ​Jarosław leads cross-border assignments for multinational occupiers, managing real estate projects across Central and Eastern Europe and coordinating transactions in countries such as Romania, Greece, Spain, Italy, France and the Netherlands.​ Outside of work, he is a passionate cyclist who enjoys road cycling, gravel riding and mountain biking across Poland. He is also an enthusiastic traveller, with a keen interest in discovering new destinations, cultures and perspectives around the world.​   ​
