Emilia has a strong track record in professional services. She began her long career with Deloitte and PwC, where she supported clients in building HR strategies, change management and communication in company restructuring projects, cultural transformation and implementing development and talent management programmes. She served as Head of HR at CRIDO and led the team of HR and Administration at ALTO. Emilia is an experienced manager focused on communication, knowledge sharing and cooperation. She graduated from Warsaw University and completed PhD studies at the Warsaw School of Economics.
