Michał Bryszewski is the Head of Property & Asset Management at Savills Poland, where for more than five years he has led a team of over 80 professionals responsible for the comprehensive management of office, retail, and industrial properties. His expertise spans both technical and financial oversight, as well as advisory services aimed at enhancing asset value and supporting long-term investment performance.   Prior to joining Savills, Michał worked at JLL, where, as Head of Business Solutions, he built and developed from the ground up a nearly 160-person team delivering integrated services across four business lines. Earlier in his career, he gained experience in business advisory at PwC and investment banking at UniCredit.   Michał brings extensive international experience, including five years spent in Vienna, as well as strong financial expertise supported by the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), has completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw University of Technology, and is a former member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
