Karina has nearly 20 years of experience in property valuation across Poland and Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), covering all sectors and property types, including commercial properties, residential, hotels, and development land. Karina’s experience encompasses assets held for investment, development or owner-occupation, for a wide range of purposes, including financing, accounting, financial statements, sale and acquisition. She is responsible for coordination of valuations of large portfolios in all sectors. Her expertise spans assets held for investment, development, or owner-occupation, with applications in various areas such as financing, accounting, financial statements, and transactions (sales and acquisitions).

Karina is responsible for coordinating valuations of large portfolios across all sectors. Her experience includes the valuation and coordination of numerous projects, such as:

Regular valuations of mixed-use portfolios for financial statements or internal fund purposes
Valuations for both Polish and international banks, including PKO BP, Bank Pekao, Santander, HSBC, BerlinHyp, Helaba, PBB, and BNP Paribas, among others
Valuations of agricultural land
NOI audits for investors and funds active in the local market.

Before joining Savills in June 2006, Karina worked in the real estate department of Poland's largest telecommunications company, TP SA (France Telecom Group).

Karina holds an MSc in Spatial Economics, specializing in Master Planning, from Wrocław Technical University, as well as postgraduate qualifications in Real Estate Management, Maintenance, and Valuation.

She became a Polish Qualified Valuer in 2006 and graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2010 with a degree in Property Appraisal & Management. Karina has been a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 2011.
