Jacek Kałużny is responsible for residential investment advisory at Savills, with a particular focus on the PRS, PBSA, and development land sectors. Since 2021, he has been advising on the acquisition and disposal of residential assets, land portfolios, and projects dedicated to the senior housing sector. Prior to joining Savills, he spent six years with the Polish Development Fund (PFR) and BGK capital groups, where he was involved in establishing and developing real estate funds focused on the Polish residential market. His responsibilities included shaping the investment strategy of the Residential Fund, evaluating investment opportunities, managing asset portfolios, and overseeing the financing of projects delivered by BGK Nieruchomości (now PFR Nieruchomości). Jacek has also gained extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital restructuring, and capital markets. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
