During the 18 years of his professional career Jakub has gained experience supporting clients at various stages of the construction and investment process, managing construction in office, retail, and warehouse facilities with a total area of tens of thousands of square meters. In recent years he has been specialising in the management of office space fit-outs for such tenants as PwC or the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. He joined Savills in 2018 and since then, together with his team, he has been advising clients on office, retail, and warehouse space fit-out projects as well as on planning, budgeting, supervision, and technical condition assessment of investments, among others. He is also responsible for the development of cooperation with Savills lease departments and additional services in the field of strategic planning, cost management, work environment creation, technical due diligence, and ecological certification.
