He specialises in strategic consulting projects, that include: optimization, restructuring and revitalisation projects. He supports clients in highest and best use studies used as catalysts for transactions and service charge reconciliations. Krzysztof was responsible for highest and best use analysis and masterplans for clients in Poland, CEE and Georgia. He carried out many projects on revitalization, landscape resolution topics, where he conducted numerous public consultations with residents of Polish cities. He has advised private and public clients, including municipal and state-owned companies.
