Scope of duties:

• Leading supervision of the fit-out and refurbishment works for Savills’ Clients on the basis of the current authorization, Customer needs and project documentation;

• Advisory on technical solutions and equipment of office and retail premises;

• Project coordination and assurance of its compliance with an applicable laws and performed findings;

• Preparation and updating budgets and work schedules on the basis of design and space-planning;

• Cooperation with external vendors, organization of tendering process and contractors assessment;

• Preparation of internal and external reports;

• Preparation of the offers in English and Polish.

Expectations: 

• Higher technical education (preferred fields - Architecture, Environmental Engineering, Construction);

• At least 3 years of project management experience in the field of commercial space arrangement;

• Knowledge of building systems with particular emphasis on HVAC systems, low-voltage control and safety systems;

• High proficiency in English speaking and writing – with emphasis on technical vocabulary;

• Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD;

• Ability to make independent decisions under time pressure;
• High interpersonal skills, supporting business strategy;

• Good organization, ability to set up priorities, as well as delegation of tasks; great teamwork skills.

Extra credits for:

• Possession of construction license in any field; 

• Ability to arrange 2D surfaces – space planning;

• Experience in design.
