Valuer will work under high pressure, with strict deadlines thus must present himself/herself as effective problem-solver.  He/she is proficient in financial modeling, possess strong, in-depth analytical skills and is recognized as detailed-oriented and proactive.

Scope of duties:

• Providing our Customers with highest level of business advisory in regards to property valuation projects;

• Participating in various projects related to designing business recommendations supported by crucial materials (e.g. opinions, reports);

• Preparation of valuation analysis in regards to property valuation process;

• Delivery of feasibility studies, business plans and analysis of investment projects;

• Presenting business proposals based on real estate market analysis.

Requirements:

• Higher education related to the real estate market;

• 2 years of relevant experience;

• Fluency in English;

• Very good knowledge of MS Office;

• Excellent analytical skills and a solution-based approach to business challenges;

• Good work organization, developed interpersonal skills and high commitment.
