Aleksandra Mazzini leads Savills’ Investment team in Poland, overseeing advisory services across all commercial real estate sectors, including office, retail, logistics, and mixed-use assets. Prior to joining Savills, she served as Chief Operating Officer at Balmain  Group, where she was responsible for a portfolio of retail and logistics assets valued at over €1 billion, comprising more than 1,000 tenants and supported by a team of over 110 professionals. During this time, she was involved in several landmark transactions, including the disposal of Galeria Malta and Europa Centralna Shopping Centre, among other projects. Before returning to Poland, Aleksandra spent several years in London, working with Goldman Sachs’ European Special Situations Group, Rockspring Property Investment Managers (now part of Patrizia), and NBGI Private Equity (now Stage Capital). Across these roles, she participated in real estate transactions exceeding €1.5 billion across multiple European markets. Her transaction experience includes the delisting of Robyg, one of Poland’s leading residential developers, the acquisition of the Artemis Portfolio—a portfolio of office assets worth approximately €500 million across eight countries—as well as numerous retail, office, logistics, and PRS investments, including development and asset repositioning projects. Aleksandra holds a degree in Real Estate Finance and Land Economy from the University of Cambridge and serves as Chair of the ULI NEXT Generation programme in Poland.
