Owner-operators to pounce on office warehouse opportunity

A premium office warehouse has come to market in Regency Park, as strong demand continues from Adelaide businesses looking to expand their industrial operations.

Savills Industrial's Andrew Nagy and Steve Bobridge have been appointed to market the 4,447sq m property at 41-43 Birralee Road, saying they expected “good interest from local and national owner-operators, as well as speculative investors.”

“The asset is well suited to a variety of manufacturing and warehousing uses, with features such as a fire sprinkler system, multiple roller doors and significant floor space,” Mr Nagy said.

The office warehouse is being offered for sale with vacant possession.
