Skipton Lane Land Parcel Sold for $8.15m

Anvest Holdings Pty Ltd has purchased a 1.968 hectare vacant parcel of land with residential development potential at 28-50 Skipton Lane, Prestons from Property NSW for $8.15 million.

The property offers a frontage of approximately 205.5 metres to Skipton Lane and is zoned R2 - Low Density Residential under Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 2008 and situated near the intersection of Skipton Lane and Barcelona Drive at Prestons.

Prestons is a highly sought after location within the south western area of Sydney. It is conveniently located 1.9km approx. from Casula Mall Shopping Centre, 3.1km approx. from Casula Railway Station and 5.1km approx. to Liverpool Town Centre.

The deal was negotiated by Robert Lowe and Eddie Petro of Savills Metropolitan & Regional Sales. Robert said the site has easy access to the M7 and M5 Motorways which provides direct access to the Sydney CBD and the western and northern areas of Sydney. Other nearby local amenities include schools, parks, sporting fields and the industrial areas of Hoxton Park and Moorebank.
