LOS ANGELES (July 19, 2019)Shay Bolton, a managing director in Savills Los Angeles office, has been named a 2019 NextGen 10: Real Estate & Finance by C-Suite Quarterly (CSQ) Magazine. The members of the class of 10 industry leaders are all under the age of 40.

The selected honorees have a proven track record of success – investing in economies, building infrastructure, celebrating diversity and sustaining growth in Los Angeles, New York and beyond.

The class was recognized at the CSQ Visionary Awards in Real Estate & Finance, an exclusive, invitation-only event held on July 18 at One California Plaza in Downtown Los Angeles. Also honored at the event were Don Peebles, chairman of the Peebles Corporation, who was named the 2019 Visionary of the Year; and Christopher and Nelson Rising, co-founders of Rising Realty Group.

The event featured interactive conversations, both formal and informal, creating an atmosphere for engagement, networking and learning. Bolton, 29, moderated CSQ’s featured panel on “The Changing Landscape of Downtown Los Angeles,” with real estate legends Don Peebles and Chris Rising. “It was an honor to be on stage with these two real estate visionaries. Both have made an enormous impact on the development of Downtown LA and its ever-evolving skyline,” said Bolton.

Bolton began her commercial real estate career in 2015 and develops occupancy solutions that drive productivity and profitability. She represents tenants across a variety of industry sectors, including technology, media and professional services, and works with many women-led start-ups. Bolton is the West Coast lead for Savills Building Inclusivity and Diversity initiative and is active in a number of philanthropic and professional organizations, including The XX Project, The W Source, Los Angeles Commercial Realty Association and The ALS Association.

“Shay brings enormous energy, drive and innovation to all of her endeavors, whether on behalf of clients or the community,” said Savills Vice Chairman and West LA Office Lead Mike Catalano. “She is deserving of this honor, and we are very proud of her accomplishments to date. We look forward to celebrating her future successes.”
