Savills ranked as a Business Gazelle of 2016

02 January 2017

On 27th of December 2016, Savills joined the prestigious Gazele Biznesu 2016 ranking (Business Gazelles 2016) for the most rapidly developing small and medium-sized companies in Poland. The ranking is published annually since 2000 in Puls Biznesu, one of Poland’s most popular business daily newspapers. The main aim is to promote companies which have an impeccable reputation and achieve outstanding financial results.

For Business Gazelles 2016 ranking, financial results of 4,386 companies were examined for the full three preceding years (2013, 2014 and 2015). During this period, Savills recorded an average revenue growth of 148%, taking 1,325th place nationwide and 290th place in the Mazowieckie voivodship. Candidates for the Business Gazelle 2016 title had to meet a number of criteria: they have to have operated on the market since 2013, grow year-on-year together with the growth in profit within the examined period (2013-2015) and never registered losses. Trade risk company Coface Poland was responsible for the verification of the reported financial data.

"Our presence among the most dynamically developing companies on the Polish market is a great honor as well as great achievement for us, especially in times of changing economic realities. Savills is growing rapidly - in 2016 we opened a new office in Cracow and we added a new business line to the range of our services, and at the beginning of 2017 we will move to a larger office in Warsaw. The market does not remain indifferent to such rapid growth. What distinguishes Savills is not only focus on the quality of services but also the organizational culture based on entrepreneurship and high ethical standards, what I consider to be decisive factors for our success", says Tomasz Buras, Managing Director of Savills Poland.

The Business Gazelle 2016 award ceremony for companies from Mazowieckie voivodoship will be held on 14 March 2017 in Warsaw.
